Yotel
Yotel cabin hotels are based in major airports [Gatwich, Heathrow, Schipol, New York] and are conceived to be a hybrid of a first class airline cabin and a compact hotel room. With automated check-in, decent sized bed, shower room, and full internet and entertainment facilities, guests typically stay for less than eight hours between flights or before an early takeoff.Working in collaboration with Manser Practice architects, the Conran team developed the functional and production design of the Simon Woodruff - Priestman Goode concept and designed further interleaved standard cabins, reception and automated check-in booths; overseeing the manufacturing implementation at the Gatwick sites.
