Designing Alloys for Resource Efficiency

We created a unique and adaptable identity for DARE, Designing Alloys for Resource Efficiency. DARE is a new multi-million pound research project funded by the Engineering & Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC); the Project will address the future challenge of a limited pool of resources (e.g. Rare Earth Elements) required for the development of alloys used in modern manufacturing technologies.

DARE will be led by the University of Sheffield in partnership with Kings College London, the University of Cambridge and Imperial College; it will also involve its leading industrial partners at the centre of the research and design of alloys for higher performance in manufacturing.
