The twin grater, inspired by a form of traditional armour, is designed to meet this need in a modern, practical and hygienic manner. Inspired by a traditional Katana short sword and scabbard, the modern and super-sharp stainless steel scissor blades need protecting much like a sword, especially when traveling in a day-bag.
About the Maker
